All prices exclude VAT, per group. More participants than the maximum: we split into two groups and charge the second at 60 per cent.
The AI literacy obligation, in 120 words
Since 2 February 2025, every company that uses AI must make sure that staff who work with it know enough about what it does and where it goes wrong. It is an obligation to make an effort: there is no required number of hours and no required certificate. You do have to be able to show what you did, for whom, and when.
The Dutch Data Protection Authority asks for four things: knowing which AI you use, goals per role, training with the involvement of management, and keeping a record of what was done. The Dutch Data Protection Authority can enforce; how that will work in practice has not yet been worked out.
A half day with your own cases, an attendance list, a certificate and a one-page AI policy is a reasonable way to meet it. That is what every workshop delivers. We are not lawyers; for high-risk applications we refer you on.

We tell you upfront
- If you want a presentation for 80 people. We work in small groups on your own work.
- If management has not allowed anyone in the group to use an AI tool. Sort out licences and policy first; we can help with that.
- If what you really need is an automation. Then a Sprint is cheaper than a workshop.
About workshops
Is VAT charged?
Yes, 21 per cent. We are not a CRKBO-registered educational institution.
Which tools do you use?
Yours. If you work with Microsoft 365, that means Copilot. Otherwise ChatGPT Team, Claude or a European provider. We have no preference and no partner deal.
Can we repeat the workshop for new employees?
Yes. A repeat within twelve months costs 60 per cent of the price.
Is the certificate recognised?
There is no officially recognised certificate for AI literacy. The certificate and attendance list are your evidence of the effort the law asks for.
