Knowledge assistant on your own documents

Manuals, terms, price lists, old quotes: one place where the team, and customers if you wish, ask questions and get answers with sources. If the system does not know, it says so.

Example: a wholesaler with 2,400 product sheets that the sales support team searches thirty times a day.

Agent that carries out tasks in your systems

An agent is given a goal (handle this request) and chooses the steps itself: look it up in the CRM, calculate a price, draft a reply, create a task. Within limits you set, with approval for anything that goes outside.

Example: an estate agent where the agent assesses, schedules and confirms viewing requests, and only passes doubtful cases to a person.

Customer portal or internal app

When no off-the-shelf package follows your way of working: a portal where customers see their status, upload documents and ask questions, or an internal app that puts planning, checks and invoicing on one screen. With AI where it helps.

From Opportunity Session to handover

Week 0
Opportunity Session. Two hours. Then a fixed quote with scope, schedule and price. The fee is credited.
Week 1
Analysis and design. Data flows, who reviews what, what gets logged, which models where. One document, approved by you.
Weeks 2 to 6
Build in weekly deliveries. Something that works every Friday. You test with real data.
Final week
Handover and training. Code in your Git, documentation, a half day of training for the team.

About Custom builds

To servers in the EU. By default, automations run on EU hosting and we use models through EU regions or European providers. IBANs, BSNs and names are masked before a language model sees anything. A data processing agreement comes with every project and is published on this site.
